[SW Development]

- Collaborate with the strong L&D team of the parent company to plan and organize training activities in LG CNS Vietnam, including Onboarding, Leadership, Language, Technical training, and more.

- Organizational culture and Internal Communication: Organize team-building activities, games, contests, and Internal Communication initiatives to create a joyful and effective work environment. 

- Additionally, recruitment communication activities (collaborations with prestigious Universities, communication on Facebook, LinkedIn).

Requirement

[Required]

• Understanding of the IT field (IT degree or relevant IT industry experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and human resources.
• Good communication skills in English or Korean.
• Energetic personality, passion for activities, and creativity.

[Preferred]

• Proficiency in Korean language.
• Experience or interest in content creation, simple video production, poster design, and graphics.

Hiring Process

1. Book an Interview Schedule with HR manager.
2. 1st interview with Viet Nam Senior Leaders (Online meeting room, use Vietnamese to answer)
3. 2nd Interview with Kr Senior PM (Online meeting room, use English and Vietnamese to answer)
4. If passed, negotiate salary and bonus.
5. Confirm onboarding Date.
